Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ACE Fleet Group website, application, rental services, roadside features, or related customer services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional agreements that apply to a specific service.
Eligibility
You must satisfy applicable age, identity, licensing, payment, insurance, and other eligibility requirements before renting or operating an ACE Fleet Group vehicle.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your login credentials. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless prohibited by law.
Driver Verification
ACE Fleet Group may require identity and driver's license verification before approving a rental. Additional verification may be required when necessary for security, fraud prevention, or eligibility review.
Reservations
Reservations are subject to vehicle availability, verification, payment requirements, and final approval. A reservation request does not guarantee a vehicle until ACE Fleet Group confirms the booking.
Payments & Deposits
Applicable rental charges, deposits, fees, taxes, and other amounts will be disclosed as part of the reservation or rental process. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers.
Authorized Drivers
Only drivers authorized under the applicable rental agreement may operate an ACE Fleet Group vehicle. Allowing an unauthorized person to operate a vehicle may violate the rental agreement.
Prohibited Use
Vehicles may not be used unlawfully, recklessly, for unauthorized commercial activity, racing, towing without authorization, or in any other manner prohibited by the applicable rental agreement or law.
Damage, Theft & Vehicle Condition
Renters may be responsible for loss, theft, damage, cleaning, misuse, or other charges as provided by the applicable rental agreement, insurance coverage, protection products, and law.
Accidents & Roadside Assistance
Accidents, damage, theft, breakdowns, and other significant incidents must be reported promptly according to ACE Fleet Group instructions. Roadside assistance availability and charges may depend on the circumstances and applicable rental terms.
Cancellations, Refunds & Late Returns
Cancellation, refund, extension, no-show, and late-return rules may vary by reservation and will be governed by the applicable booking terms and rental agreement.
Account Restrictions
ACE Fleet Group may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, safety, nonpayment, policy violations, misuse, or legal compliance, subject to applicable law.
Communications
By providing contact information, you agree that ACE Fleet Group may send service-related communications regarding your account, reservations, verification, payments, support, beta participation, security, and policy updates. Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Third-Party Services
Certain features may rely on third-party providers such as payment processors, verification services, mapping providers, insurance partners, or roadside providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ACE Fleet Group's liability may be limited as described in the applicable rental agreement and other governing documents. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Additional Governing Documents
A specific rental, beta program, promotion, membership, or other service may have additional terms or agreements. If there is a conflict, the more specific governing document may control for that service.
Changes to These Terms
ACE Fleet Group may update these Terms over time. Material changes may be communicated through the website, application, email, or another appropriate method. Continued use after an effective update may be subject to the revised Terms where permitted by law.
